Frank leads KKGO's Tax Advisory and Regulatory Services team. He is responsible for the strategy and operations of the unit. His experience is drawn from the years of work at Ghana's tax regulatory authority, practice firms and industry. This makes his perspective and advice highly insightful. He commenced his career at Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) where he built insight into the operations of GRA and established professional relationships. During his decade-long tenure at Deloitte, he held various roles, including the position of manager, and led multiple tax audits and compliance projects. He has over 20 years of combined experience.
His strength is heavily underpinned by his privileged position as a lawyer and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Accordingly, his offerings are greatly influenced by his profound knowledge of Ghana's regulatory environment.
He has helped large multinational organizations and foreign companies in diverse industries in Ghana to navigate complex tax issues including unwarranted tax assessments resulting from tax audits. His experience covers transfer pricing documentations and filing, tax compliance, tax planning, tax accounting, tax audit, tax due diligence in M&A, and general tax advisory.
He also assists clients in addressing specific regulatory issues and advises clients on proper positioning of their business to handle regulatory requirements. He supervises the Firms EoR and employee mobility services.
He has worked with companies ranging in size from large, multibillion dollar, publicly traded companies to growth companies. His clients include companies in a range of industries, including manufacturing, banking, pharmaceuticals, technology, agri-business, communications, distribution, retail and more.
Frank has held tax leadership positions in industry, most recently with Kosmos Energy (Ghana).
