Charles has worked with a diverse range of organizations, from innovative startups to multinational corporations, across industries such as fintech, oil & gas, renewable energy, and telecommunications. He has a proven track record of designing and implementing advanced IT and security solutions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. His expertise lies in aligning IT with business objectives, driving digital transformation, managing IT infrastructure and operations, and safeguarding organizational data through robust cybersecurity measures.

He is also well-versed in leveraging data for business insights, overseeing complex IT projects, and managing vendor relationships. His experience extends to IT project budgeting and cost control, as well as talent management. He has led and developed IT teams. His work ensures that IT practices align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to sustainable growth and resilience.

In his consulting practice, Charles has advised clients in various industries, including telecommunication, insurance, agriculture, energy (Solar Project), and finance. His portfolio includes projects on IT infrastructure design, risk assessment, and strategic IT leadership. His previous roles include serving as the Information Technology and Security Manager at Wave Mobile Money, a leading fintech company in West Africa, IT manager at Lukoil Overseas and deputy IT Manager at Kosmos Energy.

Charles is a member of ISACA and the PMI Ghana Chapters, holding certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). He is also trained as a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). As the lead for the firm's IT and Security services, Charles leverages his technical expertise and strategic business acumen to deliver innovative solutions that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
